| Returns & Exchanges
One of the business goal from ec-fashions.com
is trying to
have all orders shipped with a 100% satisfaction of our
customers. So, please read the product's description carefully before placing an onder. Email us if you have any question about our products.
However, if you are not happy with a product that you bought, please return it to us in an unused condition within 10 days after the date you received your order. We will send you a replacement or a refund.
Pleas email us at customerservice@ec-fashions.com first if you want to exchange or return an item.
Note:
1. A 10% restock charge (including credit card fees charged by Merchant One) will be imposed for any returns not at our fault.
2. Customer to pay Shipping for any returns or exchanges.
3. We'll refund up to 80% at our discretion, if the return is after the above stated period.
4. No return or exchange acceptable after the order has been delivered over three months.
5. No return or exchange acceptable for Sale Final items.
Note: it is customer's responsibility and we are not liable for altering or dying. However, you may ask for some fabric swatches for testing before production.
If it was a mistake we made with your order, we will refund you the full amount including postage.
Please attach a Tracking Number for any package returned. ec-fashions.com is not responsible for the loss of packages. Also please attach a note stating the problems with the items that you are returning. Thank you.
